    DEVELOPING MANAGERS AND LEADERS

Most organizations reward their individual high achievers by promoting them into the management role and then assume that they have the skills, knowledge and abilities to motivate and influence people.

But without sufficient training many new managers become overwhelmed and fail to achieve success in the management role.

Mary Ann will focus on some of the typical challenges new managers face and the role that training plays in helping them develop the fundamental skills needed to manage others and to successfully support mission and business objectives.

    Speaker:  Mary Ann Drury, LCSW
